Alissa&#8217;s (and ours) hometown, Chalfont has quite a few beautiful spot, but none as iconic and gorgeous in the autumn as Peace Valley Park. We had a great time walking some trails and enjoying the fresh fall air, not to mention taking gorgeous photos of these two wonderful people in love.
