Having worked with Allison and John during their engagement session earlier this spring, we knew there two were very excited for their big day, and so were we. We could tell from the way Allison smiled the morning of the couple’s wedding day when asked about seeing John in just a few hours how much she loved him and how much she was looking forward to finally hold his hand right before they officially become husband and wife. We could tell how in love John was as he stood awaiting for Allison right before they laid eyes on each other for the first time that day. After the reveal, we took lots of fun photos of Allison, John, and their bridal party and families, so that after a the heartfelt ceremony everyone headed over to the reception hall. And what a party it was! Lots, and lots, and lots of dancing, complete with a lip syncing contest and an insane air guitar performance from Allison herself (she won the contest, by the way). What a night! Congratulations to Allison and John!
Kate and Tom worked out every little detail of their wedding day – from their stylish wedding day attire, to bridesmaids’ matching shoes, to Kate’s favorite cherry coke on hand, to little airplanes that served as part of the travel theme at the reception, but also came handy as a cool prop for the ring shot! Guests joked that Kate and Tom must have had something to do with the weather that day, too, because it was an absolutely gorgeous spring day. Flowers and trees bloomed everywhere we went, providing an amazing background for photos all day long. Following a beautiful church ceremony, we had a blast with Kate, Tom, and their wedding party, taking photos for a couple of hours at all the special for the couple places in Manayunk; we even stopped by the restaurant where they had their first date! And you don’t have to take our word for it when we say the reception was a party like no other – these pictures – and it was hard to pick our favorites – speak for themselves. Congratulations to Kathleen and Tom!

Adventurous, fun, and deeply in love – we knew Amy and Jack were all those things since we worked with them during their engagement session at Ringing Rocks earlier this spring. We knew their wedding was going to be so much fun! And it was! It was a gorgeous sunny spring morning when Amy’s mom walked her little girl down the isle. Minutes later she would happily become Jack’s wife. Their beautiful nuptials, complete with a colorful sand ceremony, were followed by a happy celebration, with close family and friends present and cheering the newlyweds on. To get some beautiful photos by the nearby Delaware river, we headed over to Washington Crossing Park after the reception, and had as much time as we wanted with Amy, Jack, and their bridal party. Here are some of our favorites. Congratulations to Amy and Jack!
