Cynki and James’ Engagement at Valley Forge Park

November 23rd, 2013 in Engagements

Cynki and James were super prepared for their engagement session – they picked the gorgeous autumn-colored Valley Forge Park as their setting, they looked stunning, they had an emotional supporter/make up artist on hand, and – how exciting! – they brought props. The props were awesome not only because we got to play with a variety of cute things – some of which Cynki and James made themselves – but also because they represented the couple’s hobbies, interest, and personalities, adding so much character to the engagement session. We had hand-painted mugs, heirloom blanket, traditional Coca-Cola bottles, an old camera that represented James’ love for photography, and lots of books that showed the couple’s love for reading and storytelling. It was a great day in the park and it was so much fun to get to know Cynki and James a little better!

Dasha and Greg’s Engagement at Peace Valley Park

November 19th, 2013 in Engagements

We’ve known first Dasha, and then Dasha and Greg together as a couple for years as friends. So, it was an honor when they decided to have us photograph their wedding even before they got officially engaged. One fall day the couple came to our studio to officially book us as their paparazzi for the wedding day next November and when we were all done squaring off the details we headed straight to Peace Valley Park to shoot their engagement session. It was a beautiful late afternoon, right before sunset. The gorgeous lighting, the bright autumn colors, and the warm, friendly, and loving couple, all resulted in some great shots. We are so excited to be part of Dasha and Greg’s big day!

Kristina and Brian’s Engagement in Philadelphia

November 12th, 2013 in Engagements

Kristina and Brian got engaged at Independence Mall. Naturally we met in Old City and explored the historic area together during their engagement session. We started at the Race Street Pier, where we got some breathtaking shots with the Benjamin Franklin Bridge as our back drop. We then visited the city’s oldest street – Elfred’s alley, and then headed over to Independence Mall. We found a few cute spots along the way and had so much fun as Kristina and Brian posed, kissed, and had fun with each other in front of the camera. What a fun day!
