This one is close to the heart… Maria is our sister and just a couple of weeks ago we got to welcome our new brother, Chris, into our family. It was an honor not only to be part of this awesome couple’s wedding day as members of their bridal party and help them plan the big day, but also to have our photography team capture all the beautiful moments of the wedding. Though it rained in the early afternoon, after a beautiful heartfelt indoor ceremony under the chuppah Maria and Chris made themselves, we still got to do some fun outdoor activities – watch the couple release doves, take some fun bridal party photos, release fire lanterns in the dark of the night, and send the happy couple off with sparkles. It was an amazing day and we could not be happier for Maria and Chris! Mazel Tov!
Jen and Steve’s wedding took place at the beautiful Inn at Penn and provided such a great setting for the couple and their wedding party. For photos, we went to the University of Pennsylvania campus nearby and had so much fun strolling around the campus! The architecture, the colorful autumn setting, and the bride, groom, and their bridal party’s personalities made our photo session a breeze! We knew Jen and Steve were a lot of fun, as we shot their engagement session in Rittenhouse Square, so we didn’t expect anything less on their wedding day. As the night went on the band kept the party going and everyone seemed to have such a great time – and we definitely did too! Congratulations to Steve and Jen!
We love working in new places. Especially when they involve a beautiful lakeside wedding on a sunny fall afternoon. Abby and Jon’s wedding ceremony took place at Marsh Creek State Park, where they spoke their vows in front of their friends and family among breathtaking scenery. We had plenty of time after the ceremony to take photos, so we were able to do some fun shots with the bridal party in the park and then some more photos with Abby and Jon at the Downingtown County Club, where then the reception took place. It was a gorgeous day for a gorgeous couple!
