When you have a beautiful summer day and a couple in love, surrounded by friends and family, you don’t really need much else for awesome wedding photos, but a little extra in terms of the setting and the props does not hurt. At Michael and Lynne’s wedding we had a whole of a lot of extras that made our job not only easy, but full of excitement, inspiration, and creativity. First the setting. The relatively new wedding venue, Durham Hill Farm in Pipersville gave us amazing farm views, a wonderful space for getting ready photos in the main house, a stunning court yard with running horses behind a fence for the ceremony, a gorgeous barn for the reception, a vintage car, two most adorable pooches, and the owners of it all, Elizabeth and Kevin, two most accommodating and nicest people we have ever worked with. Add to that Michael and Lynne’s special touch for their day – a herd of…wait for it…PUPPIES (!), and one could not have asked for anything else! A family friend brought a dozen of little doggies for our photo shoot and if that wasn’t the easiest way to make everyone smile, laugh, and have a great time, we don’t know what would. Here are a few of our favorite images from the day; they were impossible to select because there were just too many to pick from – we loved every single shot we took that day. Well, if rain on your wedding day means good luck, then Erin and Charles will be overflowing with blessings! Erin and Charles are one of those couples that just fit perfectly, and we noticed their remarkable compatibility as soon as they walked into our studio. Once we got to chatting about their wedding day plans we knew right away their wedding day would be one for the history books. We started off with some pre-ceremony shots and then headed over to the Warrington Country Club for their ceremony and reception. With beautiful rain clouds looming overhead, we all just smiled and shrugged off the storm, and settled in to the indoors for the evening. After an amazing ceremony, so many great photos, and a dance party that raised the roof, we are now so happy to share some of our favorite photos from Erin and Charles’ wedding day.
