Of all the brides and grooms we have known to travel some distances to their weddings, Zhu Cong and Daniel definitely have traveled the furthest. While the couple lives in China, the two, along with Zhu Cong’s family, traveled back to Daniel’s childhood home in Plumsteadville to celebrate the couple’s love and commitment to each other. The very intimate ceremony in Daniel’s mom and dad’s backyard might have been quite chilly for the couple and the guests on an autumn Saturday with a storm passing by, but the love Daniel and Zhu Cong so obviously shared kept everyone warm and happy. Later, the celebration continued at the Plumsteadville Inn, where everyone showed off his and her dance moves. There sure were some good ones! Congratulations to Zhu Cong and Daniel!
This will be one one wedding to remember. Rachel and Ben took on the daunting task of planning every detail of their wedding day from out-of-town, and with the help of amazing parents, great friends, and family, they made it happen. As their photographers, we were thoroughly impressed not only with Rachel and Ben’s easy going personalities, but their absolute faith in us to do what it is we do best; capture amazing images. Their VIP bridal party was nothing short of awesome and provided endless entertaining photo-ops that would make any bride and groom proud to be part of such a fun group! Ever since Dasha and Greg announced their engagement last year we have been looking forward to their wedding day probably almost as much as they did. These two people, so perfect together, are not only our clients, but are dear friends of many years. It was an honor to be part of their big day; and as we revisited their wedding by selecting photos for this blog entry we couldn’t help but be extremely happy for these two all over again. From the final touches of the make up brush in the morning to the gorgeous church ceremony, to a night of non-stop dancing this day was nothing short of perfect. Congratulations to Dasha and Greg!
