As temperatures started to warm up and flowers began to emerge in our gardens we were so excited to finally be able to step outside our studio to take some colorful and playful images. Ashley and Jim’s Wedding at Rose Bank Winery

On one of the last cold days of winter, as the setting sun lit up snowy fields, Ashley and Jim tied the knot at the Rose Bank Winery in Newtown. The gusty winds and the freezing temperatures didn’t stop us from getting some awesome shots of this amazing couple. First, because the interiors of the barn and the beautiful wedding setting both provided stunning backdrops for our photos. And second, because Ashley and Jim braved the cold for a few minutes and allowed us to capture a few very cool shots outside. How awesome is that? As the night went on, the garden lights lit the dance floor, and the party filled the barn, the smiling faces and skillful dancing helped us capture some candids that told the whole story of Jim and Ashley’s day. We love country barn weddings and we loved working with Ashley, Jim, and their families. Congratulations to this wonderful couple!

Christine and Dave’s Engagement Session at Bear Creek!

A few snow flurries, a stroll around the beautiful Bear Creek Resort, Christine and Dave holding hands, laughing and loving… There is an amazing joy that comes from taking part in an engagement session. We get to watch in amazement as the love of two people just flourishes right before our lenses. We started our day with a leisurely stroll around Bear Creek and wrapped things up with a some snow tossing and a hidden gem wrapped in a snow ball. It was the perfect day and these are just a few of their many perfect moments. We hope you all enjoy a few of our favorites.
